Fiberglass is a durable, energy efficient, low maintenance material superior to wood, vinyl, and aluminum in many ways.
Fiberglass won’t rot, crack, split, or warp like wood. It is stronger and has almost zero thermal expansion rate compared to vinyl. Compared with aluminum and even thermally broken aluminum, fiberglass windows are much more thermally efficient and have much lower U-values.
Aluminum Windows:
